The Sarangkot replaces the ladder with a real staircase — and every parent who has watched a child come down a bunk ladder in the dark understands why that matters.
The stairs carry storage shelves down their outer side, so books and bedtime things live on the way up rather than on the floor. The staircase is reversible: install it left or right to suit the room, which is the difference between a bunk that fits a Calgary kids' room and one that blocks the door.
Solid wood and wood veneers in an espresso finish, with mattress support built in — no box springs needed. Two storage drawers and a single pull-out trundle are available separately.

Never use abrasive or solvent cleaners on the finish
Keep away from direct sunlight, radiators and heat vents
Re-tighten all bolts and fixings every few months — this is the single most important maintenance step on any bunk bed
Check the guardrails and ladder or staircase fixings at the same time
