Vacuum the velvet regularly using a soft brush attachment, brushing with the pile
Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth — do not rub
Spot clean with a mild, water-based upholstery cleaner; always test on a hidden area first
Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources to prevent fading
Do not bleach, machine wash or tumble dry
Keep the lift mechanism clear of obstructions and lower the platform slowly by the handle
